Many of you shared that you were/are struggling with establishing a routine. I totally feel you! I too struggle with routine.
And I want to ask you, do you struggle with the routine of brushing your teeth, or the routine of shopping online, or watching a new Netflix series everyone is talking about?
I know it may not feel the same but it is Creating a routine for your sadhana is just like that, however for whatever reasons it seems more difficult that other things.
