Event Description

This training was inspired by my personal coaching clients, their families/communities, and the world at large who are struggling with mental-emotional imbalances. Many are expressing challenges with anxiety, depression, eco grief, and trauma since the pandemic.

Since 2020, over 970 million people worldwide suffer from a mental health disorder. 

​These are more than staggering numbers. They are people, like you and me. 

That is why I felt called to do something to help. In response to this mental-emotional health crisis, I invited two of my favorite teachers to co-create an in-depth training that creates ripples of change. My annual Pranayama TT has turned into a social wellness movement. It is a conscious response to a silent call for healing.
