From there, the work becomes specific. It is designed to fit you, your nervous system, goals, and schedule. We slow things down so you can integrate practices with ease. This helps things land softly while creating lasting transformation.

Working Together
A one-on-one, four week journey designed to meet you where you are and help you to embody the truth you are ready to live.
Each month includes:

Four, 75-minute sessions [5 hrs of support]

Personalized monthly plan with specific practices

Clear strategy and accountability for real life integration
$700 per month
This work unfolds in monthly containers and deepens through continuity. It is not uncommon for clients to book a couple months in advance as Lila supports only eight clients at a time.
