Philosophy, lived and applied
I teach yoga as a framework for navigating real life—not just something practiced on the mat. Through guided inquiry and conversation, we explore how these teachings meet relationships, decision-making, and the complexities of being human.
Intentional, immersive learning
Each experience is designed as a process. Blending curriculum, reflection, somatic awareness, and written integration, I guide individuals from confusion or disconnection toward clarity, resilience, and deeper connection.
Rooted, inclusive, and non-dogmatic
Grounded in traditional teachings and translated for modern life, this work invites exploration rather than prescription. It creates space for honest dialogue, shared insight, and meaningful connection—strengthening both individuals and the communities they’re part of.
