For over 15 years I have been facilitating and leading Yoga Teacher Training and Yoga Therapy programs around the world. At the heart of my TT offerings is the desire to educate yoga teachers on the beautiful nuances of classical yoga wisdoms and how they can be a medicine for today's practitioner and climate crisis.

Modules
Modules for 200hr & 300hr TT programs and yoga therapy trainings are tailored to fit your curriculum. Modules are typically offered within the YPLE category but can fit most needs. Topics include yoga philosophy, spiritual development, and classical Hatha Yoga.

Mentorship Plus
Mentorship Plus is the most supportive approach to your TT journey. Having an experienced mentor offers you hands-on support, guidance, and helps you develop confidence in your role as a program director and lead teacher.
This package includes curriculum strategy and planning, leadership support, business coaching, plus your school has me as a co-facilitator.
