Service Description

A one-to-one session that acts as a flashlight to your life's situation. Whether you are ready to explore a specific issue, explore a recurring theme, or process stored emotions, this session focuses on helping you through your transformation. Sessions may include a blend of the following: discussion, journaling, self-reflection, meditations, or other practices that help facilitate insight.
