Service Description
Your physical, mental, and emotional health is critical to living a balanced, healthy and happy life. They are the backbone to your spiritual development. By making your wellness a main priority, you will inevitably find more joy, peace, love, and lightness. The many paths of Yoga are filled with teachings, practices, and advice on how to swiftly move through challenging karma and heal any body-mind imbalances. Monthly program includes: • (1) 60-minute intake session to clarify the journey • (4) 75-minute sessions totaling 5hrs of spiritual work • customized self-reflection practices Sessions include a blend of the following: - Yoga therapy using yoga philosophy and psychology - Wellness plan (dietary suggestions, lifestyle tips, etc) - Journal prompts with live contemplation + reflection time - Nature-time and practices Looking forward to walking with you so that you feel lighter, healthier, and more centered in your daily life. Sessions can be done in-person, on zoom, or by phone. Due to the intimate nature of this work, I only accept 4 clients per month.
