In this 4-week virtual series, you'll deepen your emotional intelligence so that you can relieve stress, communicate effectively, empathize with others, overcome challenges, and learn how to defuse conflict. In this sacred and safe communal space, you'll fine tune your mental-emotional wellbeing, connect with others, and learn to navigate the ever-changing tides of the emotions and mind.
You'll be given dedicated time for education, self-reflection, practice, and personalized guidance, in a safe, community virtual circle. ASL interpreter provided.
Tuesdays 7pm - 8:30pm
40m - Dharma Talk with weekly focus + dedication
20m - Virtual Practice: pranayama, meditation, mantra, or journal
