Event Description

Dedicate the month of July to your mental-emotional health! With live ASL Interpreter! :)

In this 4-week virtual series, you'll deepen your emotional intelligence so that you can relieve stress, communicate effectively, empathize with others, overcome challenges, and learn how to defuse conflict. In this sacred and safe communal space, you'll fine tune your mental-emotional wellbeing, connect with others, and learn to navigate the ever-changing tides of the emotions and mind. 

You'll be given dedicated time for education, self-reflection, practice, and personalized guidance, in a safe, community virtual circle. ASL interpreter provided.

Tuesdays 7pm - 8:30pm

40m - Dharma Talk with weekly focus + dedication

20m - Virtual Practice: pranayama, meditation, mantra, or journal

30m - community (sangha) share

- Every Friday, you'll receive a check-in email to support your journey.

This is for you if you want:

•  to understand your emotions in a more intimate way

•  to learn to create space in your day for self-reflection, and in the mind for presence

•  to enjoy practices designed to improve for your mental-emotional health

•  to connect with others, and hold space in a sacred circle

In this communal space, your uniqueness is celebrated, seen, and honored. We go through this journey as one, yet each in our own way. In circle, you will have the option to share your truths and process in a collective format. The intention is to hold sacred space for each other. To listen to each other. To be vulnerable in front of each other. In this way, our virtual circle will act as a sacred mirror for the evolution of your spiritual, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

This series gives you heart-centered support to uplift your daily routines, ways of thinking, and overall vibe.
