This intimate group coaching call is an invitation to process in real time with guidance and in the moment tools. These sessions will not be recorded as to honor privacy.

Group coaching calls will be on Thursday nights in April from 7:30pm - 8:30pm EST, 4:30pm-5:30pm PST. Sessions may also include a certified therapist if needed.
Investment is $40/session, $120 for the month. One to one alternative talk therapy sessions are $125 for 75min.
