Sacred Series: Align to Your Heart's Calling

This 'Sacred Series' is all about you!! It is a 4-week soul series that re-aligns you with your heart's inner calling. It is a life-enhancing journey that takes an honest look at your current daily routines and reconnects you to your soul goals.

Each week we gather in community where I hold space for you. You begin with a heart-centered meditation. From there you receive self-reflective questions. As you tune within and listen, I hold silent space for you to uncover your soul's answers. At the end of the session there is an open floor to share your findings, if inspired.

The goal is for you to come up with your own way of integrating the answer into your daily life. The questions are centered around personal values, time management, and will ultimately align you with your heart's calling.

With this information, you craft a simple, love-based daily practice that works for you.
