Sacred Feminine Retreat: Reclaim Your Divine Self

As the Divine Feminine is awakening, more and more sisters are hearing an inner call to reclaim our sovereignty, power, and sisterhood. That's why Denise Munoz and I are co-facilitating a retreat that celebrates and honors the diverse journey of being a woman, and reconnects you to your Sacred Feminine.

During our 4 day 3 night retreat, intentionally scheduled during the fall equinox and new moon, women will step into their divine light. In a sacred and safe space, you will reconnect and reclaim the aspects of the Sacred Feminine and understand the interplay between the Sacred Feminine and Sacred Masculine. The schedule clears dense energy that may impact your ability to fully step into your source power and reconnects you to your true essence-joy, love and divinity.

As we gather in a circle, we celebrate our femininity. We honor each other and our unique stories. Through this organic, and fluid process, you will reclaim your sacred feminine, soften your heart, deepen your connection with Self and others, and leave embodying the Sacred Feminine.

Our daily sessions include yoga classes, somatic healing sessions, yoga nidra, movement, journaling, sacred circles, bonfire and receive the healing power of reiki during our closing Reiki Circle. All while enjoying the great outdoors and sacred energies of the Catskill Mountains.

There will be time for personal reflection.

All inclusive; meals, accommodations, sessions and Reiki healing circle.

Arrival - Thursday anytime after 12pm. Opening circle 5pm

Departure - Sunday 2pm

Friday - Sunday

7am - 8:15am: Continental Breakfast (optional)

8:30am - Meditation + Yoga Asana Class

10:30am - Morning Sacred Circle

12pm - Vegan / Vegetarian Lunch

1pm - Nature Excursion or Personal Time

3:30pm - Somatic Movement Session

4:30pm - Afternoon Sacred Circle

6pm - Dinner

7pm - Evening Closing Session, completed by 8:30pm

Denise Munoz MA, LMSW, RYT200, RMT, VBT

Denise is founder of Mind Shift Mountain, a collective of services that aim to support the overall wellness of people. At Mind Shift Mountain, we recognize that people can shift - they have the tools - and it begins from within. We are simply facilitators to support along the way. Denise believes in the importance of health, wellness and healing. In 2014, she co-founded Earth Wellness Yoga - a grassroots wellness collaborative in Brooklyn, with the goal of making health and wellness accessible to all. Denise has led retreats and workshops in New Mexico, Colombia, and in the Catskills.
