One Day Home Wintering Retreat

Join me for a live, cozy self-care weekend retreat dedicated to learning the art of slowing down. This intentional, slow living retreat is an invitation for self care, self compassion, introspection as well as community connection. We will also break out into breakout rooms to get time to connect with others. 

This special come-as-you-are restorative retreat is centered around community, nature, and your sacred heart space.

SCHEDULE

9am: 10min Guided Meditation + 60min Hatha Yoga Class (live zoom room)

10:15am: Meet n Greet

11 - 12pm:  Lunch + Technology break

12pm - 2pm:  Zoom Room Workshop: "The Art of Slowing Down" - Stay in your comfy clothes, grab a hot tea, journal and blanket as we cozy up and take an honest exploration into the theory of time and your relationship with it.

2pm - 4:30pm:  Slow Living Practicum + Technology Break - 'Stay in or go out' and bring your slow living assignment with you. You'll blend that with your break time, learning in the moment how you manage your time.

4:30pm - 6pm:  Community sharing + closing.

This live, yet virtual wintering home retreat is an opportunity for us to gather together as we listen to stories, sip warm tea in our pj's and practice yoga together as we collectively make space for laziness, self care, and nature adventures.
