Event Description

Emotions are said to be energy in motion. In this two part workshop, we dive into the vast field of emotions, study their frequencies and qualities and their role in our daily lives. We also explore how the five elements (earth, water, fire, air, ether) are foundational to the emotion itself. For example, compassion is largely a water emotion with qualities that are soft and receptive. Yet, it contains enough fire (heat) for us to clearly see all surrounding circumstances with an open heart.


Through the blended lens of Vedanta and Western Psychology, you will learn how to identify your emotions, change how you react/respond to them, and learn effective tools to articulate them to others. In fact, you'll be invited to join a free app that will help you identify and track your emotions during this program so that you immediately see patterns and habits of your feelings.
