Event Description

In the face of so much change, fear, and information we get daily, we start to lose trust in ourselves and the world around us. Our intuition can fade and our heart space can grow smaller. It’s harder to connect with others and harder to connect with ourselves.

Rebuild your self-trust and expand your heart again in this four day Deaf & ASL yoga retreat. While immersed in the beautiful Catskill Mountains, you'll discover how nature can help you reconnect with yourself with short hikes, forest bathing, and stunning lake swims.

Build your self-confidence with daily yoga classes and meditations. Learn how to listen to your intuition, trust yourself, and expand your heart with discussions, activities, and more. Each night after meditation, we will gather around a bonfire so you can connect with like-minded individuals and create a community of joy.

By the end of the retreat, you will be able to define what self-trust means to you, get to know yourself again, and leave feeling relaxed, confident, and strong.

RETREAT INVESTMENT + TRAVEL INFO

All inclusive; classes, workshops, meals, accommodations, and excursions. Closest airport is Albany International (2hr drive) NYC airports are 3-3.5hr drive. There is also Trailways Bus that can drop you off at the retreat center front door from either NYC or Albany (limited).
