During this 4-week online series, we weave together neuroscience, yogic wisdoms, and somatic practices to explore how the brain, nervous system, and trauma are interwoven and how they dictate your daily choices and routines. When your nervous system is overstimulated, overwhelmed, or exhausted, you lose the energy and focus needed to implement positive lifestyle changes.
